Congrats to Deandre, our April Tasker of the Month!

“It is with esteemed honour that I accept the nomination of Tasker of the Month for April 2026. I began as a Tasker with Hyer in March of 2020 and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join the Hyer platform. 

As a Tasker for Hyer, what I enjoy the most about the platform is the work/life balance; I’m able to structure my work around my life, not the other way around. In the past 12 months alone I’ve been fortunate enough to have traveled to Las Vegas, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Toronto, Ireland, England & France; all of which is possible through Hyer’s flexible gig-work. 

The thing I enjoy most about being a Tasker is the ability to teach others financial independence. I have recommend dozens of Taskers to the platform, most of which utilize the flexible work hours as a valuable second source or income. New Taskers are able to apply to a variety of tasks in their area that offers exciting new work experiences and a newfound source of financial security. 

The best advice I could offer to my fellow Tasker is to exude professionalism at all times. It’s imperative that you leave a lasting impression by going above and beyond the call of duty. Executing small yet integral measures like arriving promptly to tasks, dressing appropriately and always being polite can be the defining factor in you being selected for future tasks. “
