January 2026 Tasker of the Month

“I became a Tasker because it gives me the ability to work around my schedule as well as provides positive experience from the stores and people I work with. 


Being a Tasker means staying active and helping stores run smoothly behind the scenes. Most shifts are spent moving product from the back room to the sales floor, keeping shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked. You quickly learn where everything belongs, and before long, navigating the store feels second nature. A lot of the work happens overnight or early in the morning when the store is quiet, which makes it easier to focus and stay in a rhythm.


The tasks can be a great mix of physical work and customer interaction. From lifting and breaking down freight to using pallet jacks and helping shoppers find what they need, every shift brings variety. When the truck unload goes smoothly and the team is working well together, the time flies. 


Tip for other Taskers: Stay organized and find your rhythm early in the shift — when you work efficiently from the start, everything else falls into place.”
