“I started as a Tasker in December of 2021. I had a friend who asked if I had heard about Hyer. She was a lead at Meijer and approved Taskers and one night I decided to give it a try. I enjoy the flexibility of being a Tasker the most. Meijer has been great to work with and I feel like a part of their team after all these years yet have the flexibility I need for the work life balance. I had a full time job at the time when I started picking up a few of these tasks. I started with smaller tasks and two or three a week. I didn’t expect a few months later to be doing this full time. I took the chance and made this work full time as an independent contractor and it’s the best choice I have made.

A tip I would share with fellow Taskers is to show up and do a great job and they will request you as a preferred Tasker. The harder I worked and showed up the more tasks I got and was able to make a living with this work“
